Colonial Pancake House makes a serious breakfast. I've eaten there about 5 times at this point and have yet to get anything other than breakfast. The CPH Plate is my favorite: 2 eggs, bacon, and 2 pancakes. It's a great deal at less than $4! Pancakes are quite dense, with the right amount of griddled crispy-ness, and are the size of the plate! They serve breakfast all day. Hours are Monday-Sunday 7 am-3 pm. *Heads up, according to a sign I saw at checkout: starting Tuesday, June 9th, 2015, they will no longer be accepting any credit cards. There will be an ATM on site.*
Edited to add that they now take credit cards again. -

I haven't been here in so long because 1) nothing really is vegan friendly and 2) I'm sick of the fly inhabitants.
Yes, every time I'd get up to use the restroom, I'd have a fly keep me company. There were more where that came from.
It leaves something to be desired. The prices are reasonable, but the taste isn't always desirable.
I enjoyed the home fries and got the strawberry roll up sometimes. Don't bother ordering bacon or sausages because they'll be cold when you receive them, just like most restaurants for some reason.
I don't remember what I ordered for lunch years back but they no longer had it had the menu. They also no longer have the display case with their homemade pies.
They don't have much staff on since it's hardly busy anymore. I know this because I was trying to apply a couple times out of desperation to get my foot into entry level food service. The place would be scarce the last few times I've stepped in in two years. I'm surprised this place is even still open. They need to fix their sign outside. It says open at 7 am. Walked in there after 7 and they told me to come back at 9. -

First time eating at Colonial Pancake House this morning. Had sausage, eggs, toast, OJ and a good helping of home fries. Breakfast was excellent with great service. Definately will drop in again.

We just stood by the register to pay our bill for easily 10 minutes while all the workers just kept walking by us again and again. We waited for menus when we first sat down. Then they brought my husband's food out without mine. We have been coming here for years. The food is always decent but the service has gone downhill. Another gentleman was also waiting a very long time to check out. We were behind him & the waitress took his payment then left us standing there! We honestly could have left without paying and no one would have even acknowledged us! I'm leaving here feeling frustrated and neglected!!

We eat Sunday breakfast here. Now more than Bob Evans. Food is better and not greasy. Really, do they blot the oils from the grill? It's nice to receive food this way. We like the food and wait staff. And tip accordingly. See you Sunday.
